I think you will be content there and start to build up new friendships and a feeling of community. This may be a good move for you. I checked out the site and the only dis-advantage is access to transit. That may not be an issue if they get a shuttle bus. Maybe I will move in next door.
Its further away than Seattle... 30 miles down south from Seattle..
I'm going tomorrow morning to the 3 hour meeting and then they will give me the voucher. I have a High School friend who lives in Auburn,WA. and she will meet me at the Southcenter Mall and pick me up and drive me the rest of the ways down to Tacoma. I will take the voucher to the Tacoma Housing Authority, and then we will drive to the Apartment and drop off what ever Housing gives me.
